Ebony Ice, Incorporated is a Non-Profit organization rooted in our love for winter sports, although we are active year-round! After all, building a community NEVER stops! Our organization's mission is to minimize all the barriers associated with accessing snow sports, and creating a safe and welcoming space on the slopes! We are a branch of the National Brotherhood of Skiers (NBS).

Not only do we introduce people to the world of snow sports, we are on a mission to identify, develop and financially support athletes of color as tomorrows Olympic hopefuls in their quest to capture gold! We pursue this mission as a group of like-minded friends, athletes and forward thinking leaders. Our members are active, involved, encouraging and welcoming.

Throughout the year we focus on outdoor activities for all experience levels. When we are not involved in snow sports you can still catch us outside on our bikes, hiking, kayaking, and partaking in any type of fellowship that gets us outdoors together! We believe in building our community year round to have the best winter season possible!

Dear Ebony Ice Family,

As I close out my first year as President of Ebony Ice, and gear up for next season, I am filled with gratitude and pride. Right here in Greater Milwaukee and the surrounding area, we’ve grown our membership to over 100 strong—a record high! We raised more than $10,000 and, most importantly, nearly 60 people experienced snow for the very first time through our one-day and four-week Learn to Ski programs, the Epic for Everyone scholarship, and our partnership with SOS Outreach.

None of this would have been possible without the support of our dedicated members, generous donors, and community partners. Thank you for believing in our mission and helping us make history on the slopes!

I look forward to building on this momentum in the year ahead—more growth, stronger collaborations, and more opportunities for people in our community to discover the joy of winter sports.
